About the role

  • Expanding the functionality of internal automation tools written in Bash and Python
  • Handling system configuration automation using SaltStack
  • Handling CI/CD mechanisms
  • Reacting to and investigating incidents and external support requests
  • Creating and expanding Terraform projects
  • Setting up monitoring and creating Grafana dashboards

Requirements

  • Be a current student in Computer Science or a related field
  • Have expertise in Linux system internals
  • Have good command of Bash and Python for automation, diagnostics and tool development
  • Possess experience with SaltStack (or other configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
  • Demonstrate solid grasp of networking fundamentals
  • Be familiar with observability/monitoring ecosystems such as Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
  • Exhibit knowledge of Git and version control workflows
