About the role
- Ensuring compliance with company policies by supporting effective procurement controls and systems
- Analyzing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends
- Maintaining accurate procurement records, databases, and reports
- Monitoring sourcing projects and purchasing orders for policy and contract compliance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Legal) to support procurement activities
- Preparing standard procurement reports and dashboards
- Supporting process improvements to enhance procurement automation and digitization
- Delivering excellent customer service to procurement teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Have relevant experience in procurement
- Show proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Microsoft Excel
- Have experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba)
- Be familiar with spend analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and summarize data effectively
- Demonstrate collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in English
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple activities concurrently
- Have proven experience managing multi-region customers and suppliers, including a diverse supplier base
