About the role
- Building relationships with our clients to understand their needs to ensure their success
- Helping our customers to flawlessly operate the Guardicore platform while ensuring they receive maximum value from our solution throughout their life cycle
- Ensuring Guardicore customer success while maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with Guardicore
- Working remotely with our customers with the ability to travel on-site when required
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience of B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management
- Have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and deploying software for large enterprises on-premises or in the cloud
- Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High communication and presentation skills
- Excellent spoken & written English
