  • Building relationships with our clients to understand their needs to ensure their success
  • Helping our customers to flawlessly operate the Guardicore platform while ensuring they receive maximum value from our solution throughout their life cycle
  • Ensuring Guardicore customer success while maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with Guardicore
  • Working remotely with our customers with the ability to travel on-site when required

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience of B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management
  • Have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and deploying software for large enterprises on-premises or in the cloud
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent spoken & written English
