About the role
- Installing and maintain servers and applications
- Monitoring our production applications
- Improving automation around various tools the team manages and develops
- Identifying improvements in systems management and asset tracking
- Working closely with engineering to solve production problems
- Implementing tools to help diagnose or mitigate problems
Requirements
- Have 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
- Experience working in UNIX/Linux distributed production environments
- Demonstrate experience writing code with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Have experience with IT Automation tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
- Show excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizations
