About the role
- Assisting our sales team in creating and processing order forms
- Ensuring a timely turnaround, whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Overseeing our processing systems and policies, managing the workflow from creation to submission and execution
- Gathering customer feedback from the sales team to effectively translate needs into accurate product/service orders
- Assisting the Sales team with renewing customer contracts by managing the entire order renewal workflow
- Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders
- Managing, tracking and reviewing high-volume in-process sales orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies
- Serving as a subject matter expert, guiding the sales team on policies, processes, and identifying improvements
- Attending meetings to provide guidance on questions or issues the sales team faces regarding the order process
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Show good relevant experience in Quote-to-Cash process and order management
- Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate fluency in English and Mandarin
- Have good analytical skills with the ability to present analysis clearly
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, ensure high accuracy and efficiency in a busy environment
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
