About the role

  • Being customer's main technical contact and acting as a trusted advisor for Akamai's Zero Trust solutions.
  • Designing a journey with customer and provide assistance to help them on achieving planned milestones.
  • Identifying and analyzing customer's requirements and providing technical recommendations through introduction of new features, products and services.
  • Assessing the deployment on a regular basis to identify gaps and provide best-practice / optimization recommendations.
  • Supporting integration requirements between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and other 3rd party solutions.
  • Providing technical training to the customer's team on the use and maintenance of the implemented Akamai products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science or electrical engineering
  • Build trusted relationships as the primary technical contact, ensuring customer success with Akamai Zero Trust solutions.
  • Deliver expert advice on infrastructure design and optimization while developing strategies leveraging Akamai's Products
  • Empower customers through workshops and training, while representing their needs internally to enhance Akamai's products and services
  • Have advanced or fluent English and Spanish.
  • Possess technical background and practical experience in cybersecurity
