About the role
- Provide business insight into the sale of an expanding portfolio of Akamai products
- Facilitate the development and deployment of sales targets and quotas by region and industry segment
- Manage the development of the go-to-market organizational structure and associated sales leadership to maximize sales productivity
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying and executing on opportunities cross functionally
- Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Work with product and finance teams to translate business plans into executable sales productivity plans
Requirements
- 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, or another related field or its equivalent
- Extensive background in Sales Operations and supporting Sales organizations as a business partner
- Passionate about partnering closely with executive sales leadership teams
- Ability to affect organizational change in building scalable and repeatable processes
- Experience working with Excel, Tableau and Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience implementing best practices focused on delivering business results
- Collaborative leader with the ability to manage a team and communicate effectively
