About the role

  • Provide business insight into the sale of an expanding portfolio of Akamai products
  • Facilitate the development and deployment of sales targets and quotas by region and industry segment
  • Manage the development of the go-to-market organizational structure and associated sales leadership to maximize sales productivity
  • Foster continuous improvement by identifying and executing on opportunities cross functionally
  • Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Work with product and finance teams to translate business plans into executable sales productivity plans

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, or another related field or its equivalent
  • Extensive background in Sales Operations and supporting Sales organizations as a business partner
  • Passionate about partnering closely with executive sales leadership teams
  • Ability to affect organizational change in building scalable and repeatable processes
  • Experience working with Excel, Tableau and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience implementing best practices focused on delivering business results
  • Collaborative leader with the ability to manage a team and communicate effectively
