About the role
- Drive the Enterprise Security agenda internally and externally
- Collaborate with the wider Akamai team and channel partners to pursue and generate sales opportunities
- Demonstrate Enterprise Domain Expertise in selling to senior executives
Requirements
- Proven track record of creating interest and pipeline within new or existing accounts
- Ability to articulate why customers have brought from Akamai through anecdotes or case-studies
- Experience working with multiple teams including Sales, SE, Customer Success, Renewals and Customer Advocacy
- Experience leading teams within a matrixed organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Cybersecurity experience including WAF and API Security, Zero trust technologies such as SASE and Micro Segmentation (ex. Cisco Tetration, VMware NSX), Firewall.
