About the role
- Demonstrate sales strategy and leadership to assist in identifying and closing business
- Focus on high growth areas of opportunities
- Provide direction and guidance to Major Account Executives
- Strategically plan to enable quota attainment across the regions
- Contribute to overall business strategy and planning
- Support the regions in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings goals
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and resources
- Lead the team by recruiting, retaining, and developing a deep bench ensuring continuity of business
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Experience managing multiple Sales teams
- Proven success leading teams to over-achieve quarterly and annual quotas
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales processes
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in leading and developing managers
