About the role

  • identifying potential new acquisition opportunities linked to our key strategic priorities
  • performing valuation analysis and financial modeling of potential acquisitions
  • supporting cross-functional teams to conduct thorough evaluations in the diligence process
  • collaborating with the integration team to plan diligence activities, timelines, workstreams, etc.
  • leading specific standalone work projects related to key strategic initiatives
  • participating in strategic reviews of different markets to evaluate new business opportunities
  • compiling quarterly reports and tracking completed acquisitions and investments for the board of directors

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree
  • experience within Investment Banking, Financial Services Advisory, Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Corporate Development or Business Development
  • solid understanding of financial statements and accounting, particularly as they relate to M&A
  • understanding of M&A process, with a keen interest for technology
  • demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in time sensitive situations and highly dynamic environments
  • high proficiency and experience with Excel and Microsoft Suite
