About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect, document, build, and support solutions that foster efficient and streamlined processes
- Work with vendors and internal organizations to build large points of presence across the globe
- Design large-scale connectivity solutions, including carrier transport solutions, dark fiber, and DWDM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployment standards and processes
- Update documentation accordingly
- Develop router configuration standards for complex global networks
- Deploy, configure, and automate high-end routers and switches
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 years relevant experience in complex networks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Expert-level experience building and deploying infrastructure, automation tooling, and distributed systems handling large-scale network traffic
- Expert technical knowledge of BGP, MPLS, ISIS, and Segment Routing for global traffic engineering
- Juniper hardware and software expertise
- Technical and commercial knowledge of Internet network topology and architecture, IP routing, and CDN platforms
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Citizenship is not required
- Security clearance is not required
