About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting enterprise agentic AI initiatives
Develop and enhance Model Context Protocol servers integrating internal and external tools and data sources
Implement AuthN/AuthZ frameworks, including OAuth2/OIDC, token exchange, and mTLS
Develop Python-based services and integrate with agentic or LLM orchestration frameworks
Govern enterprise API gateway platforms
Manage MCP servers, agents, and LLM usage
Implement orchestration workflows using appropriate enterprise tools
Collaborate with architects, security, and platform teams to transform AI governance requirements into functional infrastructure solutions
Take ownership of production systems and develop expertise in enterprise software

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of backend software engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Hands-on experience in Python
Ability to work across backend services and AI/agent frameworks
Experience designing and building APIs, including REST and GraphQL integration
Expertise with AuthN/AuthZ concepts including OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, token exchange, and mTLS
Experience with API gateways or integration platforms
Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems principles
Exposure to MCP, Kafka, Spark, Flink, Redis, identity management, and cloud deployments using Docker/Kubernetes
Self-motivated and highly responsible
Good communication skills
