About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic activities for Ajinomoto do Brasil's External Communications
  • Coordinate press relations/press office, external vendors, meetings, briefings, and measurement of results
  • Oversee communication plans and strategies, media interviews, and press materials
  • Manage direct reports, guiding their work and fostering a positive work environment
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, review marketing plans and product launch calendars, and propose actions
  • Prepare and coach spokespeople for interviews and consolidate post-interview feedback
  • Provide strategic support for events, including media training and relationship-building meetings
  • Coordinate vendors and content for corporate social media channels
  • Draft and review institutional materials, press releases, fact sheets, and communication/crisis manuals
  • Oversee website-related activities
  • Track administrative processes for vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in fields related to Communications (Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or similar)
  • Previous experience in Corporate Communications
