About the role

  • Directly participate in the development of new products for the Food Service market by leading projects together with other areas such as R&D, QA, Packaging Marketing, Nutrition Marketing, etc.
  • Prepare and analyze P&L to help confirm project viability; develop and manage project schedules and lead the teams involved.
  • Conduct research, competitive analysis, price positioning studies, market positioning, packaging planning, etc.
  • Develop action plans considering price, distribution, competition, internal and external environment, timelines, etc.
  • Analyze sales results by tabulating information to detect issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Deliver product launch presentations to the Customer Service (SAC) team to share knowledge and strengthen responses to consumer complaints and inquiries.
  • Interface with advertising agencies, prepare briefings covering product, price, target audience, etc.
  • Update, monitor and control all departmental expenses/payments to provide information for budget forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Marketing, preferably with involvement in product development projects.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of P&L.
  • Desirable but not mandatory: analytical reasoning, interpersonal skills, persuasive ability, communication, project management, Microsoft Project.
