About the role
- Responsible for personnel administration processes, including:
- Monitoring the annual and monthly vacation schedule and performing related calculations;
- Monthly processing of the electronic timekeeping system and related calculations;
- Onboarding, including entering employees into the Sênior/SAP system;
- Processing terminations, including settlement calculations;
- Organizing and filing documents related to personnel administration for the São Paulo unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources or a related field;
- Knowledge of payroll processes;
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Payroll systems (preferably SAP or Sênior);
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
