About the role
- Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution, managing campaigns that promote Ajax products within the framework of the Regional Business Plan.
- Drive B2B marketing activities: promotions, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, certification courses, case studies, presentations, trade marketing activities, professional media publications, motivation programs, etc.
- Report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments to increase efficiency.
- Develop and update marketing materials; contribute to the creation of partner development tools by presenting regional market needs and features.
- Monitor the implementation of marketing policies in the distribution channel, ensuring delivery of all existing marketing materials and tools (created by Ajax HQ) to business partners.
- Conduct deep analysis of partners’ businesses and local market insights to generate ideas for growing Ajax’s share and sales with each partner.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales managers on the partner side to strengthen Ajax’s presence and sales.
- Ensure effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather regional product feedback and needs, sharing information with the R&D team.
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee the project approval process.
- Hold regular meetings with partners and maintain close alignment with the sales team.

- Proficiency in English
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing
