About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Area of responsibility - Sub-Saharan Africa region
- Conduct structured outbound and inbound sales calls to partners across Sub-Saharan Africa
- Deliver live video presentations and product demonstrations
- Create demand and excitement for Ajax solutions and new product launches
- Maintain regular contact with partners to grow engagement and sales activity
- Log, track, and manage all calls, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM
- Ensure call quality, follow-up discipline, and accurate reporting
- Support partners with product positioning, basic technical understanding, and next steps
- Collaborate with regional sales, channel, and technical teams
- Support campaigns, promotions, and new product introductions
- Maintain high standards of brand representation and professionalism
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years experience in internal sales, telesales, or partner support (technology or security industry preferred)
- Fluent French speaker (mandatory) with the ability to sell confidently over phone and video
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable delivering live demonstrations and engaging remotely
- Highly structured, disciplined, and process-driven
- Experience working with CRM systems (call logging and recordings)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on partner growth and activation
