About the role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build and manage enterprise pipeline through channel ecosystem.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy aligned with regional direction in Electronic Security.
  • Represent company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth.
  • Identify, develop and close large-scale enterprise projects in key verticals.
  • Recruit, onboard and manage distributors.
  • Drive partner enablement programs and joint business planning.
  • Cashflow responsibility for Indonesia (both sell-in and sell-out).
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop lighthouse reference projects.
  • Conduct competitive analysis .
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Provide quarterly business reviews.
  • Deliver clear risk/opportunity analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Country Manager or a Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry.
  • 5 - 8 years in the electronic security industry at the Managerial level.
  • Experience working with regional or global security brands.
  • Strong network in the security industry on the Indonesia market.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team and environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
  • Well-presented, professional, reliable, and ethical.
