About the role
- Conduct regular client visits across the designated areas to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships.
- Meet defined sales targets for the region.
- Analyze the market to identify customer needs, sales potential, pricing strategies, and competitors.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to continuously strengthen market positioning (messaging, sales tools, campaigns, promotions, marketing plans).
- Carry out regular business plan reviews with distributors to ensure alignment with company strategy and proper implementation of agreed actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial role related to technology (IT, electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, information systems)
- Experience in electronic security is a plus
- Results-oriented profile with strong initiative and a high sense of responsibility
- Strong interest in security products and solutions and the high-tech industry
- Good market understanding and proven commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
- Professional appearance, reliable, and high ethical standards
