About the role
- Coordinate and manage a wide variety of projects from start to finish across Project Management, Knowledge Management, Partnerships, and Data Science teams.
- Develop, coordinate, own project plans and timelines and lead their execution.
- Track priorities, deliverables, and timelines for multiple projects related to data and technology for social good.
- Report to and communicate with clients and partners regularly using appropriate methods, channels, and tools.
- Interact with and manage vendors according to project plans.
- Create deliverables and communication materials (training documents, project updates, charts, visuals).
- Support Senior Manager and staff on other projects as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling client meetings and stakeholder interviews.
- Conduct user needs interviews, distill technical/user requirements, resolve data/workflow issues, support implementation, and develop information architecture elements.
Requirements
- Mid Level role (posting states "Mid Level").
- Project coordination and project management skills (developing, coordinating, owning project plans and timelines).
- Experience tracking priorities, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Client management and regular communication with clients and partners.
