About the role
- Define and own the sales strategy for the Wealth Management division
- Lead, motivate and develop an international sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire clients in the wealth segment
- Maintain close relationships with existing clients and ensure maximum satisfaction
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing and Operations
- Monitor market and competitive developments, identify trends and derive strategic measures
- Participate in defining pricing strategies and contract terms
Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience leading high-performing sales teams, ideally in a technology environment with a focus on wealth or asset management
- Excellent network within the financial industry and a proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions
- Strong strategic thinker, confident communicator and persuasive at all levels
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies, CRM systems and international sales processes
- Results-oriented, analytical thinker and enjoys exceeding ambitious targets
- Excellent English and French language skills
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in wealth and asset management is a plus
