About the role
- 1:1 care of our medically complex pediatric clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients' participation in social activities
- Performing treatment-related nursing tasks and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring the quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse)
- Enjoyment of responsible and independent work
- Teamwork and empathy are your strengths
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Desirable: Driver's license (Class B)
