About the role
- 1:1 care for our young medically complex clients in their own homes and at school
- Supporting clients in participating in social activities
- Carrying out treatment care and activating basic nursing care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-based and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring the quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse (registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent qualification)
- Enjoyment of responsible and independent work
- Teamwork and empathy are your strengths
- Willingness to work early shifts | Monday to Friday
- Desirable: Class B driver's license
