About the role
- 1:1 care for our young, medically complex clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients' participation in social activities
- Performing treatment-related procedures and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse)
- Enjoy working responsibly and independently
- Strong teamwork skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Desired: Class B driver's license
