About the role
- 1:1 care for our medically complex clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients' participation in social activities and working life
- Performing medical/treatment nursing and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a nursing professional (registered nurse, geriatric nurse or equivalent)
- People-focused
- Enjoy working responsibly and independently
- Teamwork and empathy are among your strengths
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Preferred: valid driving license (Class B)
