About the role
- 1:1 care for our medically complex clients
- Supporting clients' participation in social activities and working life
- Performing treatment-related nursing care and activating basic care in accordance with our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Qualified nurse (registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or similar)
- Enjoy working responsibly and independently
- Strong teamwork skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Desirable: Class B driver's license
