About the role
- 1:1 care of our medically complex pediatric clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients in participating in social activities
- Performing treatment-related nursing and activating basic care in accordance with our nursing and expert standards
- Preparing and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse)
- Enjoys responsible, independent work
- Teamwork and empathy are your strengths
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Desirable: Class B driving license (car)
