About the role
- 1:1 care for our medically complex clients in our facilities or in their own homes
- Supporting clients in participating in social activities and in school/work life
- Performing treatment nursing and activation-focused basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring the quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)
- Completed basic course in intensive care/ventilation
- Strong teamwork skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Class B driving license (car)
