About the role
- 1:1 care of our medically complex clients in our facilities or in their own homes
- Supporting clients in participation in social activities and in school/work life
- Performing treatment nursing and activating basic care
- Creating and updating care plans
- Ensuring quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse)
- Completed basic course in intensive care/ventilation
- Enjoy working responsibly and independently
- Team player with empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Valid Class B driver's license
