About the role
- Provide 1:1 care for our medically complex clients in their own homes
- Perform medical treatment tasks and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Create and update care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensure care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse or equivalent)
- Enjoy taking on responsible and independent work
- Team player with strong empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Preferred: Valid driving licence (Class B)
