About the role
- 1:1 care for our medically complex pediatric clients in their own homes
- Support, monitoring & daily assistance
- Needs-oriented nursing with ample time and space
- Ensuring care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional (registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or nurse)
- Desirable: additional training in out-of-hospital/home mechanical ventilation
- Enjoy working in a responsible and independent manner
- Strong teamwork skills and empathy
- Willingness to work a flexible two-shift system
- Desirable: valid Class B driver's license
