About the role
- One-to-one care for our medically complex clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients' participation in social activities and working life
- Performing treatment nursing and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-based and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse)
- Enjoy working responsibly and independently
- Team player with strong empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Driving licence (Class B) preferred
