About the role

One-to-one care of our medically complex clients in their own homes
Support clients in participating in social activities and working life
Perform medical treatments and activating basic care in accordance with our nursing and clinical standards
Create and update care plans to ensure needs-based and optimal care for our clients
Ensure care quality and client satisfaction

Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse or equivalent)
Enjoy working in a responsible and independent manner
Strong team skills and empathy
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
Desirable: Valid driving licence (Category B)
