About the role
- Provide one-to-one care for our medically complex clients in their own homes
- Support clients in participating in social activities and working life
- Carry out treatment-related nursing tasks and activating basic care in line with our nursing and expert standards
- Create and update care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensure quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Qualified nursing professional (registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)
- Enjoy working responsibly and independently
- Strong teamwork skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Driver's license (class B) preferred
