About the role
- One-to-one care of our medically complex pediatric clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients in participating in social activities
- Performing treatment-related nursing tasks and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)
- Enjoy working responsibly and independently
- Teamwork and empathy are your strengths
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Desirable: Driver's license (category B)
