About the role
- Monitoring of non-invasive vital parameters, including epilepsy and oxygen monitoring
- Basic and treatment nursing care tailored to the child’s individual needs
- Implementation of prophylactic measures (e.g., positioning, skin protection, contracture prevention)
- Independent nursing documentation
- Participation in interdisciplinary collaboration with parents, therapists, and physicians
Requirements
- Completed professional nursing qualification (e.g., geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse, or registered nurse)
- Specialist training or professional experience in out-of-hospital intensive care — ideal but not required
- Composure, patience, and empathy
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
