About the role
- 1:1 care for our medically complex pediatric clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients' participation in social activities
- Carrying out treatment nursing and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating nursing care plans to ensure needs-oriented, optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification (registered nurse, geriatric nurse or equivalent)
- Enjoys working responsibly and independently
- Teamwork skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Driving licence (Class B) preferred
