About the role

  • In this role you will manage care and provision for children and adolescents with severe disabilities in institutions and private households
  • Planning and fabrication of custom builds and seating shells, including based on impressions/casts
  • Provision of individually adapted rehabilitation aids and assistive devices
  • Coordination of complex fittings and communication with payers, treating therapists and physicians (from cost estimate through approval to delivery and user training)
  • Oversight of production in our certified workshop
  • Regular communication with family members and therapists
  • Responding to service and supply inquiries from our customers

Requirements

  • Professional experience working with children and assistive devices, e.g., as an orthopedic technician, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or rehabilitation technician (m/f/d)
  • Knowledge of solutions for wheelchairs, customized seating systems, therapeutic aids, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and diplomatic tact
  • Independent, efficient, goal-oriented and structured working style
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Service- and customer-oriented mindset
  • Genuine enthusiasm for your work
  • Resilience, reliability, organizational skills and a high degree of autonomy
