Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
Provide final delivery, assembly, and/or repair services for consumer goods in customers' homes
Read and comprehend manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions
Build products to manufacturer specifications
Travel to and from repair sites using personal transportation
Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients
Use a mobile phone for technology-enabled work and communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
Ability to read and comprehend manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions
Own transportation to and from repair sites
Own hand and power tools
Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
DOT/MC numbers may be required for vehicles with GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
Comply with state laws for the vehicle used to complete work
Pass background and drug screens; these are performed on all contractors, including helpers
MVR screening for driving contractors
Commitment to exceptional customer service
