Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
Perform final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods at customer sites
Read and follow manufacturer manuals and repair instructions
Build products to manufacturer specifications
Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients
Use a mobile phone for work-related tasks
Travel to and from repair sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment and similar products
Skills to read and comprehend manufacturers’ manuals and repair instructions
Own transportation to and from repair sites
Own hand and power tools
Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
Comply with state laws for the vehicle used to complete work
Pass background and drug screens
Driving contractors must pass an MVR check
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Tech savvy with a mobile phone
Excellent communication skills
