Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
Provide final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods in customers' homes
Build products to manufacturer specifications
Read and follow manufacturer's manuals and repair instructions
Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients
Travel to repair sites using personal transportation
Complete required compliance, background, drug, and driving checks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and repair instructions
Own transportation to and from repair sites
Own hand and power tools
Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
Comply with state laws for the vehicle used
Pass background and drug screens
MVR required for driving contractors
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Tech savvy with a mobile phone
Excellent communication skills
