About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Pickup, deliver, and install products to manufacturer specifications (Delivery & Assembly, 2-person team)
Assemble products on-site at customer homes (Assembly Only, 2-person team)
Complete in-home repairs using manufacturer-provided parts (Repair, 1-person)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as: Basketball hoops (portable & in-ground), Fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, etc.), Furniture, home goods, and backyard products (playsets, pergolas, grills, etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
EIN required
Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
DOT/MC authority required for some work
Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
AIT conducts background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.
