About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist clients with researching and selecting travel options including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
Support the booking and confirmation process from initial inquiry through finalized reservations
Respond to client questions regarding availability, travel details, and booking requirements
Review reservation information for accuracy, including dates and traveler details
Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
Provide follow-up communication before and after travel
