About the role

  • Deploy AI agents that solve practical enterprise problems using Aisera’s AI platform.
  • Work closely with customers and internal software and ML engineers to ensure successful deployments and platform improvement.
  • Develop, configure, and deploy agents; integrate with external systems (APIs, databases, CRMs).
  • Optimize agent performance (prompt tuning, configurations) and troubleshoot in complex enterprise environments.
  • Conduct demos and proof-of-concepts; gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
  • Define project milestones, create implementation plans, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers on AI agent adoption and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Javascript, with the ability to write clean, efficient code.
  • Experience with implementing OAuth, OIDC, and/or JWT authorization flows
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; knowledge of prompt engineering techniques required; hands-on experience with LangGraph or PydanticAI preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG); hands-on experience preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring); ELK and Langfuse preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
  • Ability to use data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
