About the role

  • Lead development of AI-powered ITSM, AI Ops, and Analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to define product requirements and shape roadmaps
  • Drive product execution from idea to production and act as CEO for product area
  • Write product specifications for engineering and data science teams
  • Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog
  • Analyze IT Operations, Cloud Operations, Service Operations market to clarify competitive position
  • Establish shared vision across the company and build consensus on priorities
  • Deliver product roadmaps and enable Customer Success in go-lives and continuous improvement
  • Work with Marketing on GTM product assets and support Sales & Pre-sales in sales cycles

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven track record in developing and launching ITSM, AI Ops, and AI-driven enterprise products
  • Experience with AI Ops, monitoring or observability products
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
  • Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Pre-Sales and Marketing
  • US. Citizenship is required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science required (MBA preferred)
  • Startup experience (preferred)
  • Experience in Analytics/visualization tools is a plus (preferred)
  • Enterprise SaaS PM experience (preferred)
  • Domain expertise in IT, HR or Customer Support (preferred)
