About the role
- Own the content production lifecycle for US growth and demand gen initiatives, from intake and prioritization through production, review, and launch.
- Partner with Growth Content, Product Marketing, SEO, Creative, and Performance teams to translate strategy and briefs into clear timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain production plans, calendars, and workflows across multiple content types, including: SEO content and landing pages, Ebooks, guides, and whitepapers, One-pagers, solution briefs, and sales enablement assets, Product and launch-related content.
- Act as the central point of coordination across writers, designers, editors, reviewers, and external vendors.
- Identify risks, unblock issues, and proactively manage tradeoffs to keep work moving forward.
- Establish and continuously improve content production processes, templates, and SLAs to increase velocity and quality.
- Manage external freelancers, agencies, or production partners, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain visibility and communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Balance short-term delivery needs with longer-term process improvements that enable scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, content operations, or creative production, preferably in a B2B or high-growth technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations.
- Experience working with content, creative, and marketing teams, and an understanding of how content moves from idea to launch.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- A detail-oriented mindset, paired with the ability to see the bigger picture and manage tradeoffs.
- Experience managing external vendors or agencies and holding them accountable to timelines and quality.
- Familiarity with common project management, content, and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, CMS platforms).
