About the role

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for GTPN APIs, from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and champion the strategic vision and roadmap for the platform.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers, developers, and partners to understand their needs and validate product features.
  • Translate complex use cases into scalable, secure, and intuitive APIs in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Use data-driven methods to define and measure success metrics.
  • Represent GTPN in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and enterprise partners.
  • Mentor and lead other product managers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • At least 3 years focused on platform/API products in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
  • Proven track record of defining, building, and launching successful, scalable API-powered platforms or products
  • Deep technical understanding of API design principles, security, and developer experience
  • Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy to drive meaningful product growth
  • Strong ability to manage trade-offs between long-term vision and short-term execution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and with global teams
  • Exceptional English and Chinese communication skills
