About the role
- Design high-quality creative assets across digital marketing channels, including:
- Paid media (LinkedIn, Google, display, social)
- Website and landing pages
- Design for Product marketing assets (one-pagers, decks, case studies)
- Translate briefs, concepts, and performance insights into clear, compelling visual designs
- Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Product teams to support launches, campaigns, and experiments
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensure all creative is on-brand, accessible, and optimized for each channel
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Creative Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Digital marketing and performance creative for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Display, Youtube, Reddit, etc.
- Clear visual hierarchy and storytelling
- Brand consistency across multiple formats
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI tools, Video cut tools, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or tech products is a plus
- Strong understanding of design for conversion (layouts, CTAs, readability)
- Ability to take ownership from concept → execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
