About the role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms
- Define and champion the product vision and roadmap
- Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams
- Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives
- Build and ship hands-on AI/ML-powered products
- Leverage AI-driven technologies and data-driven insights to innovate
- Lead the development of customer service and support automation
- Ensure compliance, transparency, and responsible AI practices
- Launch products across multiple regions and languages
- Mentor and lead other product managers
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience owning core product areas end-to-end
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products
- Data-driven, growth-oriented problem solver
- Builder mindset, stakeholder management skills
