About the role
- Define the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for the corporate website, focusing on metrics like organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and product sign-ups.
- Collaborate with our Onboarding and Website teams to design and deliver a best-in-class self-serve experience for our customers
- A/B testing and experimental design in partnership with our GTM, Marketing and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with our Marketing and RevOps teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Lead the end-to-end process of hypothesis generation, design, execution, and analysis
- Work closely with Design and UX teams to improve site navigation, information architecture, and core user flows to ensure a frictionless, high-converting experience.
- Deeply analyze website performance data to identify drop-off points, user behavior patterns, and new growth opportunities. Communicate these insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and other Product teams to ensure the corporate site effectively supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and the overall customer journey.
Requirements
- 6 + years of overall professional experience within Product Management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Corporate Website product ownership
- A/B testing and experimental design experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights
- Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time
- Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth.
